How much does shipping cost?

Within Australia

Freight is free for all orders over $150.00 purchased through our online store. All orders purchased through our online store under $150.00 attract a freight charge of $15.00.  The method of delivery will be at the discretion of Aneara.

International

Aneara currently ships to over 80 international countries.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country.   International shipping will be calculated during checkout process. For countries not currently serviced please email info@aneara.com.au with the items you would like to purchase, and the delivery address and we will provide you with the shipping costs.

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Where do we ship to?

We deliver everywhere within Australia including PO Boxes, business addresses and home addresses. (you may need to sign – so a work address is usually better).  We also ship to most countries. Please email us at info@aneara.com.au to discuss your individual needs.

How long does shipping take?

All orders within Australia will be packaged and shipped within 3 working days in most cases.

The method of delivery will be at the discretion of Aneara.

What is our refund policy?

Should the product not meet a basic level of performance; not perform for the intended purpose; or not match the description or sample, we are happy to refund the cost of the product.

At Aneara we believe all of our products should meet the high standards of our customers so if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund, exchange or offer a store credit for unworn as-new, full price items within a 28 day period (from the day the goods were delivered to you).  If your items are sale items we are happy to offer a store credit.

Of course, we understand you may need to 'test' the shoes out to make sure they fit properly and feel comfortable.  

In this case we recommend you wear your shoes (with clean feet!) around the house to begin with on carpeted flooring.  This way you can check whether or not they are suitable.

Please return the goods to us at Aneara, Studio 1, 436 Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill QLD 4152 within 14 days of your receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in original condition and include all the original packaging. Unfortunately, shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All refunds will be made in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST.

Please report any incorrect, missing or damaged items to Aneara within 24 hours of your receiving the delivery. If item(s) received are not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent.  Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.  Then contact us and we can discuss how we can help.

Returns must be carefully packed, freight paid and insured, as we cannot receive freight collect shipments, nor can we be responsible for loss or damage to returned parcels.  We cannot accept any item that has been used, tampered with or damaged. We will credit you with your original method of payment.

Aneara owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.

Refunds

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt of goods.  Funds may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.

Should your purchase be made through AfterPay a refund transaction fee of 6% of the original purchase price will be deducted from the refund price.  This fee covers the AfterPay transaction costs which Aneara incurred for the purchase of your items.  AfterPay does not refund this transaction cost to Aneara even if the items have been returned.

We will notify AfterPay of your return and your AfterPay payment plan will be adjusted accordingly. Please note the refund amounts are taken off the last payment(s) first. If at least one payment has been made in relation to the purchase, and the refunded amount is greater than the amount outstanding, the difference between these amounts will be refunded to the credit/debit card you used

Tracking your item

Once your order is ready and booked for shipping you will received an email with your tracking information.  You can click on the link contained in this email and track your item.

What if I'm not in when you make a delivery?

All our deliveries are sent with an "Authority to Leave" request.  If you are not home the delivery person will leave the parcel at your address.  It is our suggestion you send parcels to a business address where someone will be there during business hours to accept the delivery.
